IMPORTANT: Please check the item for any damage before signing as you are signing to receive the goods in perfect condition. If the item is damaged mark ‘item received damaged’ when signing for delivery and report this to the couriers and us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Daudbikes.com will not be held responsible for any damage discovered after the item has been signed for. Please ensure you are available for delivery as this applies to any signature received.

All are sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

Please read all the instructions and follow them carefully before using the bike as the majority of damage is caused when the instructions are not followed properly.

The bike must be inspected when signing for delivery, please note as these bikes are race machine we do not offer a warranty on this bike. A limited 7 days warranty is offered for faulty parts (this does not include wear and tear items such as brake discs, pull starts, chains, etc, misuse or damage resulting in failure to follow manufacturers recommendations and maintenance) replacement parts or bike will only be sent once the faulty part or bike has been received and inspected by us (buyer will need to pay the cost of sending the faulty part or bike back to us). We reserve the right to not provide any replacement parts if we have reason to believe damage has occurred due to negligence.
